Narmin Kassam Art

Canadian artist Narmin Kassam creates art as a means of personal exploration, self-expression, and storytelling. Her meditative practice invites reflection on themes of women’s empowerment, gender equality, and diversity.
Taught by Gordon Harrison, Kassam’s impressionist style has evolved into mixed media, weaving paint and decorative paper on wood panels. Her work captures the richness of cultural identity, the power of feminine expression, and the importance of inclusion.
Kassam has exhibited across Canada, including the Manotick Art Gallery, Surrey Art Gallery, and Roundhouse Centre. In 2025, she will have a solo show with the Women United Art Movement and participate in a group exhibition with Goddess Arts Magazine.
Her work appears in major publications, and she was longlisted for the 2024 Women United Art Prize in the Collage and Fibre Art category. Through her creative practice, Kassam invites viewers into a space of contemplation and connection.
